Math worksheets you can size to the child

Every math sheet on this site is generated from tested rules rather than pulled from a library, which means two things: the answer key cannot be wrong, and you never print the same page twice. Pick the skill, pick how many problems go on a page, and the layout fills the sheet to that line.

Difficulty that changes the numbers, not the label

On most worksheet sites, easy and hard are two different files someone made once. Here they are rules: the gentle setting halves the grade's number range, the standard setting uses it, and the challenge setting doubles it up to a cap. Subtraction on gentle is verified borrow-free digit by digit. Division never leaves a remainder. Grade 2 multiplication stays inside the 0–5 facts however hard you set it.

Each skill page spells out what its three settings do numerically, because a difficulty control you cannot predict is a difficulty control you cannot use.

The page density control is the point

A worksheet with eight problems and half a page of white space wastes the printing; one with sixty crammed problems is unusable for a six-year-old. Both are common, because the file was laid out once and cannot adapt.

Here you set the number per page — from 8 up to 52 depending on the skill — and choose roomy, balanced or packed spacing. The layout then picks the column count and row height that fill the page at that density. A timed Grade 4 drill and a gentle Kindergarten sheet come out of the same generator looking nothing alike.

Questions

Are the math questions generated by AI?

No. Every question comes from deterministic code with tested rules, and the answer is computed at the same moment as the question, so the key can never disagree with the sheet.

Can I get the same worksheet again later?

Yes. Every generated worksheet has a seed in its URL, so the same link always rebuilds the identical sheet — useful when you printed one copy and need a second.

Do the worksheets print on A4?

Letter and A4, from the same page. Choose the paper size before downloading and the layout is drawn for it.
