Permitted use
You may create, download, print, and use generated worksheets for personal, family, tutoring, homeschool, therapeutic, or classroom learning. You remain responsible for reviewing material before giving it to a learner.
Your words and settings
You keep any rights you have in text you enter. You confirm that you have permission to use it and that it does not include sensitive personal information or infringe someone else’s rights.
Generated worksheets
You may copy and share generated worksheets within the personal, family, tutoring, homeschool, therapeutic, or classroom settings listed above. You may adapt them for your learners. You may not sell collections of generated worksheets, remove branding to present the service as your own, or use automated access to reproduce the service.
Appropriate use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or age-inappropriate material, attempt to disrupt the service, or bypass technical usage limits.
Educational role
HomeworkCreator is a practice-material tool. It does not replace professional educational, medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or individualized services.
Availability and accuracy
The deterministic generators are designed for accurate output, but you should still check each worksheet. Features may change as the product develops, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Brand and software
HomeworkCreator’s source code, interface, brand, and original assets remain protected. These terms do not permit resale of the service itself or representation that you operate HomeworkCreator.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by law, HomeworkCreator is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. If these terms change materially, the date above will change before the updated terms apply.
