How it works

  1. 1

    Pick a template

Fifteen of them, across charts and trackers, planners and calendars, checklists, and cut-and-fold papercraft.

  2. 2

    Make it yours

Ten styles or your own accent color, your own list, your own wording — every line on the page can be rewritten or removed.

  3. 3

    Print it

The preview is the PDF. Download it on US Letter or A4, with no account, no email, and no watermark.

Charts & Trackers

Three charts that look alike and do different jobs. A chore chart tracks the household's work, which isn't optional. A habit tracker follows something the child chose to build, where the run of ticks is the whole reward. A reward chart covers the two or three behaviours you're actively coaching right now, and ends when they stick. Each one prints with tick boxes against the days of the week, a starter list matched to your child's age, and room to write.

Planners & Calendars

Time, at four different zoom levels. The monthly calendar is for dates that are fixed and far off; the weekly planner gives each day a third of a page to write in; the meal planner turns a week of dinners into a shopping list; and the reading log is the school record sheet that takes ten seconds a night instead of five minutes. All of them print blank, because a planner arriving pre-filled with someone else's plan is friction, not help.

Checklists

Lists a child works through on their own. A picture beside every line is what makes that possible before they can read fluently, which is exactly why picture routine charts are used in early-childhood classrooms and occupational therapy rather than being decoration. Morning and bedtime routines run top to bottom in order; the packing and school-supply lists print in two columns so a long list still fits one page.

Color, Cut & Create

Paper toys that print flat and become 3D: a house, a robot, a rocket, a city building. Color them in, cut around the solid lines, fold the dashed ones, glue one tab. Three print modes cover a plain line-art coloring page, a pre-tinted sheet, and a low-ink version, and three build levels take it from a simple first fold to arms, chimneys and launch stands — with an optional page of numbered assembly steps.

Color, Cut & Create Paper House

Live styling, not a static file

Most printable shops show you one flat mockup image and hope it matches what you get. Here the preview on the page is the exact PDF you download — switch between ten styles, or set your own accent color, and it updates instantly.

Every word is yours

A downloaded PDF is somebody else's wording forever. These aren't: rewrite the title, the instruction line, the column names and the footer, add ruled writing space, or delete any line you don't want printed at all.

Free, and kind to your printer

No account, no email capture, no watermark. Ink saver strips out filled headers and shaded rows for a sheet that still reads perfectly in plain black and white, on US Letter or A4.

Questions about these printables

Are these printables really free?

Yes. Every template here downloads as a full-quality PDF with no watermark, no account, no email capture, and no limit on how many you make. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier.

Can I edit the text, or is it a fixed PDF?

You can edit it. The list, the title, the instruction line under it, the day columns, the footer, and the date line are all yours to rewrite — or to delete, if you'd rather the page didn't say that at all. The preview updates as you type.

Do they print on A4 as well as US Letter?

Both, from the same page. Pick your paper size before downloading and the layout is drawn for it.

How do I print without using much ink?

Turn on ink saver in the builder's advanced settings. It removes filled headings, filled table headers and shaded rows while keeping every line, box and label, so the sheet stays perfectly usable in black and white.

Can I use these in my classroom?

Yes — print as many copies as you need for your class or family. Please don't resell them or redistribute the PDFs as your own product.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything is built in the browser and downloads as a standard PDF that any printer can handle.
